Our all-woman team created the “Through Her Eyes” brand anthem film and global launch campaign to spotlight how Organon’s mission helped our protagonist flourish from child to adult through many major life moments.

Since her induction as the first woman to be CEO of a Fortune four company, our all-woman team has helped Mrs. Lynch tell the story of her 3-year plan for CVS Health both internally and externally. We execute strategic positioning through content strategies, thought leadership, social media, and stakeholder communications.

Bydureon
After AstraZeneca re-launched the new design of their injectable, Bydureon, patients and physician engagement remained low. Using operational, experiential, and emotional data, we re-designed the delivery device, messaging, and video tutorials. This new experience design boosted engagement by 43% in the first 90 days of launch.

To kick off their Women’s Health initiative, Aetna wanted to reach mom’s first. Our all mom-lead team helped Aetna R&D strategize this new insurance offering, secure an internal investment of $70M, buy-in from senior leadership and design a proof of concept. MOMentum launched in 2018 and has surpassed all engagement and financial goals each year.

After a challenging cardiovascular journey, our Founder + CEO developed an app dedicated to women’s heart heath. Kora’s mission is to be a single source of truth for female specific cardiovascular conditions, symptoms, and doctors. This first of its kind resource will enable women to receive the swift and empathic care missing from Nina’s own experience.
